Breath

Oh my goodness,

What a morning!  The peacefulness of walking in nature amidst the chaos and the beauty.

Last November our area experienced a wind sheer of probably 90 to 100 miles an hours.  It uprooted trees, spintered trees in half, the holes left by the roots were covered in the sandy soil as well as the rich dirt of mother earth.  This woods is alive as we are alive.  What the trees experience, we also experience in a different way.  Yet our home was left unscathed.  The forces of nature are so powerful as is our thoughts and words.  The destruction cannot be undone yet it can be appreciated for what the body, mind and soul experience.

This walk, this connection with nature, spoke of nature at its finest and I am nature!

Thank you Universe/God for this beautiful awakening this morning.
